Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Deal Shop Market. If a purchase has not worked out, this page explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled. It applies to every product bought from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with a capital first letter have the meanings given below, and apply whether written in the singular or the plural.

Definitions

Company (also “we”, “us” or “our”) means Deal Shop Market.
Goods means the items offered for sale on the Service.
Order means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
Service means the website operated by the Company.
Website means Deal Shop Market, reachable at dealshopmarket.com.
You means the individual accessing the Service, or the entity on whose behalf that individual acts.

Your Right to Cancel an Order

You may cancel an order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day period runs from the day the Goods were delivered to you, or to a third party you nominated who is not the carrier.

To exercise the right to cancel, tell us your decision in a clear statement. You can do so by emailing [email protected] with your order details, or by writing to us at 1229 Deja Vu Ln, North Pole, AK 99705, USA.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds are issued by the same payment method you used, and no fee is charged for the refund itself.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

the Goods were purchased within the last 14 days;
the Goods are returned in their original packaging;
the Goods are unused and complete, including any accessories, manuals or safety information supplied.

We may decline a return that does not meet these conditions, to the extent that applicable law allows.

Goods That Cannot Be Returned

Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
Goods which by their nature cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or which have passed their expiry date.
Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
Digital Goods that have been redeemed, including eGift cards, memberships, software licences and activation codes, except where the code fails to work or the description was materially wrong.

Only Goods sold at their regular price can be refunded. Sale items are excluded from refunds, except where that exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Please send them to:

We cannot accept responsibility for Goods that are damaged or lost in return transit, so we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without either receiving the Goods or seeing proof that the return delivery was completed.

Exchanges and Replacements

If an item arrived damaged, faulty or different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and your order number. Where the problem is ours we arrange and pay for the return, and either replace the item or refund it in full, including any original delivery charge.

Gifts

If Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate is sent to you. If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund is issued to the gift giver.

Refunds and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or, for cancellations, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further few working days for the credit to appear on your statement.
